It took away the “woo-woo” and replaced it with “real magic.”

Often, these beliefs are based on past conditioning or societal expectations rather than objective truth. Challenge them all, by asking yourself if they are truly serving your growth and well-being. I thought I was afraid of heights until I climbed to the top of a mountain in Peru. I had misled myself by internalizing my parents' fear of heights, which I simply adopted as my own until I decided to question it.

Reframe negative thoughts and replace them with positive statements and thoughts. If you say, "I do not want to be in debt anymore", guess what is coming to you energetically. More debt of course. Understanding that the Universe, or the Collective, or any other term you wish to use to describe the Source and Creator of all, does not speak your language. The universal language consists of energy, frequency, and vibration. Our words paint a picture, and it is this imagery—or the thought of it—that forms the essence of the universal language. How should you say this? I will be wealthy, I am wealthy. Past tense is a good practice to get into because it creates a visual that has already happened. This is especially powerful when you understand how your mind works, and that your subconscious doesn’t know what is real and what is not.
