The book is the story of my own spiritual awakening and how I went from being an atheist to finding spiritual and scientific evidence of an afterlife and so much more.
What makes my story different from most is the fact that the more I rejected the notion of a spiritual world and the possibility of an afterlife, the more that world showed itself to me with clarity and power. The spiritual energy surrounded and stayed with me until I could no longer deny it was real. Then came the big question. Why me?
-
In chapter eight I go into detail about that morning. There was a fire in my home when I was a young man still living with my parents. The fire was caused by a gas leak from the stove. The stove was in the kitchen which was directly under my bedroom at the time. The gas was rising, coming into my room while I was sleeping, and I was breathing it in. It was early morning when my mom turned on the stove which started a small fire that my dad put out as my mom called the fire department. When I heard the sirens, I tried to get up, but I felt paralyzed. I could only make certain parts of my body move and my mouth wasn’t one of them. With my one working arm I pulled myself to the edge of the bed and passed out, falling on the floor. This made a loud thump, and my father came running upstairs, but I was already dead. I watched him from above as the energy or consciousness (AKA Soul) left my body but remained in that room.
A feeling of pure euphoria filled me as looked upward to see a huge, bright, beautiful cone shaped white light that was shining only on me. There was a voice that assured me it was safe to enter the light and so I entered it slowly. As I went deeper into the light the immense feeling of euphoria intensified. It was such a great feeling to be in that light. I wanted to stay there. I really did. However, each time I looked back into my room, I saw my father visually upset and yelling for the paramedics. He was distraught. I explained to the light and whomever spoke to me from inside of it, that I must return to my body. I couldn’t leave my father like that. When I awoke, I was in my living room with paramedics working diligently on me.

Before the NDE life and death to me was very simple. You lived and then you died, and you would have no idea that you are dead because you are no more. After the NDE, I opened up to the possibility of something more. I was very curious to learn more about this phenomenon but I was torn between my beliefs.
Thinking about it over and again was getting to me. So ultimately, I attempted to create a logical reason for the occurrence so I could just forget about it. I was in denial. Life was simpler for me if this wasn’t real. I boxed it up and buried it somewhere deep in my mind where it could be stored away as a non-event. However, since we know the story doesn’t end there, this afterlife and those energy beings, living in that realm, had returned to prove themselves in a grand way.
-
One of the primary differences is that many organized religions have a set of rules, and a philosophy that will not allow anyone’s ideas to differ. If you agree with one religion’s philosophy and are willing to adopt their rules, then by all means go for it. Everyone should have the right to follow their individual beliefs.
Spiritualists and especially those of us who study metaphysics, seem to have less rules and have a more open philosophical outlook and approach to our beliefs. In other words, all beliefs are welcome. I practice metaphysics and therefore I may have theories that might not yet have been proven by science. If your beliefs differ from mine, that’s not only fine, but it is also encouraged. A difference of opinion should be examined and considered.
-
I think they mix much more than many people are aware of. Metaphysics is essentially the study of where spirituality and science overlaps as it pertains to life, death, consciousness, energy, etc.
Here is an example.
The way I see it, we are living in what would seem like three worlds wrapped together as one. Our level, I will call the “surface level” or the material world, is made up of matter. This is where Newtonian Physics thrives. One level “below,” (so to speak) is our subatomic world. The world of quantum physics. Where almost nothing is as it seems, and almost nothing behaves like it technically should. Especially given the fact that it is responsible for the make-up and existence of our “surface level.”
For example, I am sitting in a chair, and we know that over 80% percent of all atoms are made up of space. My chair is made up of atoms. So how come I don’t fall through my chair that we know is made up of 80% space? At the “surface level,” if you built a house that was only 20% solid, do you think it may fall apart? Of course, it would. That is because what we consider to be space, up here on the surface level, isn’t the same as the space in the sub-atomic level, nor does it behave the same way.
There are so many fascinating examples of this type of “magic” that happens in the sub-atomic world. Above us, metaphorically speaking, is our “spiritual world.” This is another level that behaves more like the quantum or sub-atomic world, than our “surface level.” This world thrives on energy.
Einstein taught us that energy can come from matter and energy can become matter. Essentially what this means is that all things contain energy. Perhaps that space I referred to earlier in the atom contains energy that we can’t see. That would bring us around full circle to the sub-atomic world again.
Nikola Tesla stressed the importance of understanding that energy vibrates at various frequencies. We know similar vibrations will attract one another. This is how our mobile phones work. For example, If I call your phone number my frequency aligns with yours and we can communicate as a result.
Tesla said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” Through meditation, I can control the frequency of my mind’s energy and the thoughts I am sending out. Therefore, I can expect to attract similar energies. In other words, what you think about you can bring about. If you think about, and tune into wealth, you will
have wealth. Dwell on, or think about illness, and you will have illness. This is a highly simplified version of the laws of vibration and attraction, but they are true, nonetheless.
-
First and foremost, I would like folks to know that they have the power to change their lives. They are co-creators of the universe, as all of our energies are intertwined with that of everything else. If you don’t have what you want, then it is due to your own self-limiting beliefs.
If you have been hurt, you are not a victim. That hurt makes you stronger. It makes you more powerful than the next person. You have less to fear because you have already been there and lived through it. There is tremendous beauty in our past suffering. Stand up and wear it like a badge of honor because you earned it. You learned from it. You came out the other side. You will never go back to it. When you have weathered through life’s worst storms, you become the storm and your power is beautiful.
Secondly, do not fear death. It is but one small step on a great journey ahead. Treat every day as though it is your last, because one day you’ll wake up and be right. Tell everyone you care about that you love them, every day. Do something to help someone else and do something each day for yourself. An act of service, an act of kindness, and an act of love each and every day. There is nothing wrong with self-care and self-love, so treat yourself with respect and do something for “you” every day.
Lastly, if you are experiencing paranormal activity, synchronicities, feeling energy, or a feeling of “knowing things”, you are not crazy and you aren’t alone! Find yourself a mentor to gain clarity over these events, learn what to do next, and how to do it. It can be difficult to find the right mentor but take your time, and they will present themselves to you.
-
The most amazing thing happened upon publishing this book. I was meeting people who began telling me that my book changed their lives for the better. The first time this happened to me, I was stunned. I had written something that had significant meaning to people.

You become limitless by learning to connect your conscious mind harmoniously with that of the powerful entity that is the universal collective consciousness. It is through this connection that you have the ability to change your reality. You are in a constant flow state with universal energy.
A guide of how to do this is in chapter 35 entitled “Becoming Limitless.”
-
I created Limitless Coaching to share with others the knowledge I have been fortunate enough to acquire through a combination of my learning from some of the greatest intuitive minds in the world (my mentors), my formal education in metaphysical parapsychology, combined with my own personal experiences.
Limitless Coaching takes different forms as no two clients are the same, and the ultimate goal for all is to be able to harness their own individual abilities and to no longer need a coach.
Ultimately, my clients will achieve goals, remove self-limiting beliefs, advance to the next level of consciousness, and become “whole,” in order to heal old wounds that may linger from past traumas.
-
Limitless Coaching follows many core principles such as setting goals, changing poor conduct, and removing negative belief patterns. However, I bring metaphysical and holistic modalities into my coaching practice such as: energy control, meditation, quieting the egoic mind, mindfulness, and how to manifest thoughts into reality. Some clients’ goals have been to increase earnings, change careers, increase focus, repair a relationship, overcome fears, grief, trauma, or lead a more balanced fulfilling life.
Having a better understanding of the power of the mind is the key to having it all. An initial assessment lets us begin to collaborate and put a viable plan in motion. For more information, please visit my coaching website at

In my first book, I focused more on death, and exploring the realms of the afterlife. I also focused more on the paranormal aspects of reality and the effect that it has on our existence. However, with this new book, I wanted to show others the path to celebrating life and living it to the fullest. The fundamental concept revolves around spiritually awakening and embracing our existence in its entirety, accomplishing our most desired goals and dreams, and cherishing each day as if it were our last. I believe it is a tribute to the beauty of life.
-
As I've come to understand more about the intricacies of the universe as a whole, I've learned how to use timeless universal laws and principles that can be harnessed to manifest the kind life I always aspired to. One of peace, purpose, and happiness. Similar to my previous book, I sought to link these concepts with my personal experiences, sharing how I overcame obstacles by utilizing these techniques.
It's important to note that I've always believed that if I can achieve something, anyone can. Conversely, I have also believed if they can do it, so can I. I am not special, exceptional, or chosen; rather, I am just an individual who, due to life's circumstances, had to navigate certain challenges to survive. The rest of my journey involved research both formal and informal, and learning through trial and error. That being said, I was so transformed after my first book was published, that I had to go back and figure out exactly what I did and how I did it. That process gave me much more clarity and was the basis for creating this second book.
-
As I approached the ending of the first book, I began to see that there was so much more to disclose, and so more for me to learn, that I knew there had to be a second book. At that point I was completely transformed into someone new, and I wanted to share my experience of my spiritual awakening process in a way that showed anyone how they could do it too. Although it is instructional, I always include my personal stories as part of the instructional process because it keeps the book entertaining and shows real world examples. That is why I often refer to these books as being modern-day spirituality or scientific-spirituality for the modern human. They incorporate more of the things we deal with in modern times and how to navigate them successfully.
It’s really important to understand how the universe works because you are playing by its rules all the time. Before my own awakening, I found myself fighting against it to get all that I wanted, making each day a struggle for survival. Instead, I now understand how to work within its rule book to attain, achieve, and be peaceful and content. I think everyone should know these principles exist and, more importantly, how to use them to achieve a higher quality of life. There are many other people who have discovered much of what I have learned, but I haven’t found one book as of yet, that puts it all together and that speaks to its reader like a personal friend.
-
A spiritual warrior is one who embraces peace while spreading the inspirational messages of spiritual truth. They passionately shed light on this wisdom, driven by the dedication and motivation of a warrior on a mission. We often perceive life as a constant battle, believing that our success requires others to fail, but this couldn't be further from the truth. In my humble opinion, it is crucial that this message resonates and reaches the world sooner rather than later.
Everyone has the inherent right to a peaceful, happy existence without harming anyone or anything else. For this to happen one day, all must understand that every one of us comes from one energy source that we have always been a part of and that we will always be a part of. The concept that we are all one and that the unifying force is energetic consciousness, is a core belief of mine. Therefore, by harming another is to harm yourself. Just as, helping another is to help yourself.
-
I used to be a loyal skeptic when it came to anything spiritual. I needed what I considered to be proof before I could believe in anything. To meet my criteria for inclusion in this book, each concept had to pass a test so to speak. Firstly, I had to be fully aware of the existence of the principle and its methodology. Secondly, I had to be able to replicate it. Thirdly, I needed a plausible science-based theory to support it. And finally, I had to successfully recreate it once more. Only then would it earn a place in the book. So, to answer your question, it was my skepticism and disbelief that compelled me to prove to myself that this better way of living was not only attainable but also achievable.
-
Well to put it simply there is nothing like dying to make you really appreciate living. I had a near-death experience and survived. That's not to say that dying was terrible because in fact it was truly awe inspiring. It gave me the clarity that I needed, and took away my fear of death. When you no longer fear death, you have a different relationship with life. Much less anxiety and worry. It's a much more carefree feeling. You tend to not take things too seriously any longer and it was this change in mindset that I found so fulfilling. This is why one of the concepts in the book, that I refer to as the First Law of Ascension, is designed to help change your relationship with death. Certainly, cherish your life, but at the same time, don't fear death to the point that you become paralyzed, emotionally or behaviorally. We've become so worried about making mistakes that sometimes we don't do anything at all. I do millions of things, many fail, many don't, and they're both great. I either learn something or I'm successful with something. But I don't waste my life. I enjoy every single day of it to the best of my ability.
-
A pivotal moment in my life was when I lost many of my negative emotions. I would always move into a state of anger because growing up, that is what I saw most. So, let’s take a look at how this works.
One of my favorite truths to share with people is the intricacies of the human mind and its functioning. The mind is an energy distinct from the brain, which serves as its vessel. The mind governs not only the brain but also every aspect of our existence. It comprises several components, including the unconscious, subconscious, egoic mind, conscious mind, and at the pinnacle, is our awareness. This awareness, sometimes referred to as the God-Mind or Christ-Consciousness, holds a significant position at the very top of the human mind, as we are among the few beings “aware” that we are having a thought or an emotion in first place. This awareness grants us the power to alter them. We have the freedom to experience any emotion at any given moment in time, as there are no rules dictating our emotional state during a specific set of circumstances. There is no rule book stating you must be sad at a funeral or have to get mad at someone for insulting you. Those are learned, reactive behaviors triggered by your ego. Your egoic mind is driven by memories of your past, which are stored in your subconscious mind. So, if you don’t want to repeat the same patterns and you wish to learn a new way to respond or react, what part of the mind should you look to?
For example, as stated, there is no rule that says when a car cuts you off in traffic, you must become angry. It is entirely up to you. The fact is, no one or nothing can actually make you “feel” anything other than yourself. I used to suffer from road rage myself. Not too long ago, I nearly drove through a stop sign, which almost caused an accident with another vehicle. I was completely wrong. I made a mistake. The driver of the other car was consumed with rage. He shouted and screamed at me, even stepping out of his vehicle at one point. My response was laughter, so uncontrollable that I couldn't make it stop. It made me reflect on my own past, realizing that I used to be just like him. Long after I drove away, he probably ruminated on our encounter all day, angrily recounting the disturbing story to anyone who would listen. Basically, allowing anger to ruin his day. On the other hand, I found inspiration for a new subchapter in my upcoming book and quickly moved on from the incident. It was his choice to hold onto anger, just as it was mine to let it go, regardless of the fact that he attempted to provoke me into confrontation. If he had cut me off, or went through the stop sign, I would have simply expressed gratitude to the universe for avoiding a collision and continued on with my day. There is no greater sense of liberation than freeing oneself from negative emotions and realizing that you are not obliged to harbor them ever.
Before I react to anything now, especially something negative, I pause. Just for a millisecond. That is all it takes the more you practice this. Then I look to my awareness for direction because that is my link to my higher-self. I try to never allow my egoic mind to decide how I will react because my ego lives in my past. My past is where I have made some very poor choices that I do not want to repeat. Getting inspired or living “in spirit” allows me to gain knowledge given to me from a higher and better source of right and wrong in those moments I especially need that guidance. The universe is balanced in perfect harmony. My connection to that grants me the same if I use it. There are still times when I revert backwards. I will admit, I am still a work in progress, far from perfect. But I now know where to get proper information and guidance, that maintains a harmonic balance for myself and the universe as one. All I must do now is, constantly remind myself to use it. Try this yourself if you haven’t already.
-
For me, spirituality must align with scientific plausibility. This allows it to be more credible and compelling, regardless of any religious affiliation or personal beliefs. The convergence of science and spirituality provides a common ground for skeptics, scientists, and the religious. It doesn't challenge anyone’s beliefs. It’s more likely to reinforce them if it is rooted in science. This understanding brings together individuals with different perspectives, united by the belief that we can enhance our lives by awakening our consciousness and harnessing the power of the mind. Together, we can create a more enlightened society, moving in a positive direction.
-
I wrote the four principles of ascension because they are important for the evolution of humankind. To enhance ourselves as a society, as a people, and as a species, I feel we must grasp hold of, and have a complete understanding of these principles.
The first principle “you are going to die” revolves around acknowledging our mortality. By cultivating a new relationship with death, we come to understand that life's essence doesn't truly cease, but rather transforms. Just as energy transitions from one form to another, life as a consciousness continues on, guided by the first law of thermodynamics. This is the scientific principle that all energy must transform and can never cease to exist. In the same way our energetic life force or consciousness does also.
The second principle, "set yourself free," pertains to the egoic mind and its potential fragmentation or partial dissolution. While the ego serves as a protector, its excessive influence can hinder one’s personal growth by dwelling in the past. Therefore, liberating ourselves from the constraints of the egoic mind becomes crucial for our evolution. It stresses the overall importance of living in the present moment and never allowing our mistakes from the past to repeat themselves tomorrow. Rather it serves as a reminder to seek new answers through one’s awareness or higher self. This is the connection we inherently have to the Universal Collective Consciousness.
The third principle “good and bad is a choice” emphasizes that both are subjective. Recognizing that life unfolds with events and that our perception shapes the narrative of these. When freed from the egoic mind, we no longer rely on other’s external judgment to define what is good or bad. Instead, we make our own conscious choices, understanding that everything holds a silver lining. Even in the darkest face of adversity, a profound learning experience will emerge, revealing the good within the bad. Our perception molds our reality, and we hold the power to decide how we want to perceive them. I have certainly experienced my fair share of trauma. Now, were they good or bad? They were likely my best days because going through them made me who and what I am today. I learned through those experiences and if those experiences were somehow wiped away, I would have no business being in this position to help anyone else.
Finally, the fourth principle “you are God” asserts that we are interconnected with the divine. It is crucial to note that divinity isn't confined to an individual entity but is omnipresent. As a one small part of this divine energy, we humans possess the ability to create and influence the world around us. Recognizing this potential can allow one to transform their life, and impact society. While not everyone may use this power for benevolent purposes, it remains an inherent truth. Remember, karma permeates our existence, transcending this life, hence let us utilize our abilities to contribute positively to this world. Embrace the understanding that you are a part of the divine, and let your Awareness guide your actions through its connection to the Universal Collective Consciousness that we are all connected to.
-
The concept of higher consciousness refers to an elevated state of awareness, where one embraces the four principles of ascension to the best of one's ability, naturally and consistently. Initially, to do this may require conscious effort to incorporate these universal truths into our lives. However, with time, they become ingrained, transforming our existence into a beautiful space free from anger, sadness, and other negative emotions. This shift allows for peace and contentment to take their place. Peace of mind should come with the knowing that we hold the power to shape our own destiny, unrestricted by the choices of others. In this state of being, each and every day, both our own emotions, and the impact we have on others are entirely within our control.
-
One common misconception is that spirituality must solely rely on faith, which can often lead to confusion. However, delving into the scientific principles underlying spirituality can help alleviate these concerns and provide a deeper understanding. In my books, I strive to convey the idea that faith becomes more comprehensible when we recognize the intricate connection between the human mind and energy, supported by compelling medical and scientific evidence.
By acknowledging that the human mind is a form of energy, we open ourselves to the realization that energy is both renewable and eternal. This realization leads us to understand that when our physical bodies cease to exist, the energy that encompasses our consciousness must undergo a transformation to become something new. Personally, I find this concept much easier to accept through scientific inquiry, which allows for a logical understanding without relying on blind faith alone. If there was no scientific evidence to support this transformation, even after having my own NDE, I would remain uncertain of the existence of an afterlife. In exploring the depths of spirituality, along with relatable scientific aspects, not only expands our understand of these concepts, but also offers a rational way to accept them.
-
Yes! Let's talk about two of my favorite universal laws. Attraction and Vibration. These concepts are remarkably comprehensible and have scientific supporting evidence. This is the connection between our thoughts and the manifestations they bring forth. The mind's thoughts radiate out into the universe. Thoughts are composed of energy that travels through space and time with a resonant frequency. This frequency seeks its corresponding match ultimately materializing as the desired object of our thoughts. Like vibrations magnetically draw in similar vibrations.
However, there exists a few pivotal aspects. Our thought and speech patterns must be rooted in positivity. It is vital never to say what we do not want. I cannot stress this enough. When we express statements like "I have been sick for a long time, and I don't want to be sick anymore," the transmuted information comes from the visualizations we create in our mind’s eye. It is these visualizations that we transmit by transforming them into vibrations. Therefore, in this case, the words "I” and "sick" are the primary visuals transmuted into vibration. This will likely result in more sickness. Instead, let us reframe our language to reflect our aspirations. Let us affirm, "I want to be healthy," "I will be healthy," Now the transmission are the words “I” and “Healthy.”
There are several other factors that will control how much success you have with these laws, and I explained how to navigate them extensively in my second book. But the power of positive thought and speech patterns are one of the most important factors.
-
Allow me to illustrate this with an example. Recently, during a conversation with one of my cousins, she shared a story about a private joke she and her late mother had shared involving a US $0.10 coin. I held a special fondness for my aunt, and truth be told, I always regarded her as a second mother.
In our household, cash is a rarity as we primarily rely on debit and credit cards more so for our transactions. Therefore, stumbling upon any cash would be quite unusual in this house. However, shortly after her passing, I began discovering dimes in the most peculiar places. I distinctly remember awakening one day feeling a bit off, as if I had woken up on the wrong side of the bed. I was feeling troubled and had much work to do that day in order to catch up and get back to where I wanted to be. I woke up experiencing anxiety for the day ahead. Yes, I am still a work in progress but notice I said I was experiencing anxiety. Experiences always come to an end.
Back to my story; As I stood up and made an effort to neaten the bedding, I came across a dime that I must have unknowingly slept on all night. In that very moment, I felt an undeniable connection, as if she was right there with me, offering a gentle pep talk, just as she would have done in life. Well since her passing I have found dimes everywhere it seems and always at a moment when I may be challenged by some set of circumstances. The dimes seem to come at just the right time. I have saved each one and now I have almost enough to fill the small glass on my desk.
These are the instances or synchronicities that often go unnoticed. So, when strange occurrences repeat, it is a good idea to keep track of them in a journal, so you can go back to them after you realize what the occurrence relates to. You’ll find the connection and possibly the message that usually comes along with them. I find it’s both entertaining and very useful to figure them out. Don’t rush to conclusions, however. If it is a synchronicity, then it will repeat itself. Allow it to repeat multiple times so you know it is a message for you. Like I always say, there really are no coincidences.
As I write this, I have a newfound dime on my desk that I discovered this morning. I hope she knows I love and miss her.
-
I will leave you with two of my favorite quotes from the book that I feel are significantly important. This first one I wrote. “One’s perception is one’s truth. Change your perception and you can change your truth. Change your truth and you have changed your reality.”
This concept is simple to understand but takes much practice. Change your mind, change your life. It is that simple. There is a method of how to do this and keep doing it over and again until it becomes second nature. This concept is explained throughout the book.
And the second quote (one of my all-time favorites) was written by Shakespear (Hamlet), “Nothing is either good nor bad, but thinking makes it so.”
Similar to the first quote, this reminds us that the sheer power of our mind’s perception becomes our truth, and our truth is reality. You can experience something, but only you can be the determining factor of whether or not the experience was good or bad. The more you practice this the less “bad” there will be and the more silver lining you will find. Thinking makes it so.
-
Embrace each day as if it were your last. Remember, you have the power to shape your destiny and make a meaningful impact. So, live with unwavering intention, purpose, and a burning desire to create a life that is both fulfilling and extraordinary.
